This pressure control system is perfectly fitted to microfluidic research. It is the only microfluidic flow control system using Piezo technology and blazing fast flow changes in your microdevice. We can advise you and install the setup best fitted for your lab.

Each of the 4 channels can be coupled with a Microfluidic thermal flow sensor to ensure a precise control of the flow rate.

Sold with a 2-year warranty. It is also possible to control pressure and vacuum on the same channel (on demand). 

Sold with a software for microfluidic flow control

The software allows an intuitive control of your microfluidic instruments in few clicks. It is thought both for basic control and complex tasks thanks to the use of the scheduler. 

Record any data  in a user-defined time interval up to 100Hz. The recorded data are stored files that can be saved and analyzed in the application of your choice.

Flow rate control setup (PID)

This control system can be used with the Microfluidic thermal flow sensor for a fast and precise regulation of the flow rate. Thanks to the consistent speed of this system, both speed and precision can be achieved, even when working with multiple independant channels. The feedback loop (PID) allows you to monitor and control the flow rate of the setup, and still keep stability and responsiveness of pressure driven flow. 

This system enables fast pressurization of tanks up to a volume of 1 liter, so that long term microfluidic experiences can be set up.

This Flow Control Performance Pack includes the following items:

  • Elveflow OB1 Mk3 pressure controller 4 channels (x1): piezoelectric-regulated flow, 4 independent channels which cover a pressure range from -900 mbar to 8 bar. This controller is 20 times more precise and 10 times faster than the other flow controllers on the market.
  •  Microfluidic backflow blocker kit (x1): contains 16x Luer male/ Luer Lock female 0.2 µm filters
  • Luer fittings kit (x1): contains 10x male Luer Lock ring plug + 10x male Luer Lock to 3/32" OD barb to connect your pressure controller to your tubings
  • Tygon pneumatic tubing 7/32" OD x 3/32" ID (15 m) (x1)
  • 1/4"-28 to 1/16" OD fittings kit (x1): contains 10x Teflon end fittings and ferrules for 1/16" OD tubing + 10x 1/4"-28 to 3/32" OD barb
  • 4-port reservoir for 50 mL Falcon tube kit (x1): contains 1x 50 mL Falcon tube adapter with 4 1/4"-28 threaded ports + 2x 50 mL Falcon tubes + 1x 50 mL Falcon rack + 2x 1/4"-28 Delrin plugs for unused ports

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in France.

The shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the country of destination: you can estimate the shipping cost on the cart page. We try to offer you the best shipping rates and services, shipping all our orders through DHL Express. Generally, your order reaches your lab in only 2 to 3 days after we send it, no matter the destination!
