This dispensing peristaltic pump is designed to ease your lab needs. Embedding a LCD screen to display the parameters and running state, the pump can also run continuously at desired flow rate and speed, complete the dispensing function at desired dispensing volume, dispensing time and batch cycles. The flow rate calibration and dispensing calibration ensure high accuracy and precision. Flow rate from 2 µL/min to 380 mL/min depending on the pump head, and dispensing volume from 0.01 mL to 9990 mL.

The pump is controlled through the control panel, external control interface or RS485 communication interface.

2 meters of silicone tubing included with each channel: 

  • DG pump head: 1*1 mm (1 mm ID x 3 mm OD), and 2.4*0.8 mm (2.4 mm ID x 4 mm OD)
  • YZ1515x pump head: 16# (3.1 mm ID x 6.3 mm OD) and 25# (4.8 mm ID x 8 mm OD)

Tip: More rollers mean less pulsatility at low flow rates: if you work below 5 mL/min, choose the 10-roller DG pump head to get the best accuracy and repeatability.
