Microfabrication

La microfabrication est un outil puissant utilisé en recherche, permettant la création de structures complexes à l'échelle micro, telles que des canaux et des dispositifs microfluidiques. Elle utilise des techniques telles que la lithographie douce, le polydiméthylsiloxane (PDMS) et le Sylgard 184 pour fabriquer ces structures avec précision.
