Spheroids

Spheroids offer researchers an excellent way of replicating the behavior of living cells in a three-dimensional environment. Unlike two-dimensional models, spheroids capture the complexity of cellular phenomena in a more accurate way. They also offer good reproducibility, easy high-throughput screening, and great imaging potential while being an alternative to animal testing.

Spheroids are composed of living cells aggregated into 3D structures. This allows researchers to simulate the behavior of cells in their natural environment, allowing them to accurately study drug efficacy, immune responses, tissue differentiation, and much more.
