General warranty policy

At Darwin Microfluidics, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. Our general warranty policy ensures that you receive goods that are free from defects in design, material, and workmanship.


Manufacturer's warranty: All our products are covered under the manufacturer's commercial warranty. The specific warranty period for each product is detailed on the product pages.

Exclusions: For consumables, perishable, and sealed goods, the warranty coverage ends on the expiration date provided. Please note that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, mishandling, or illegal activities.

Warranty claims

Defective products:

If a product is found to be defective or does not comply with the description, please notify us via email within 72 hours of receipt. Your notification should include detailed information to help us verify the reported issue.

Within the warranty period, Darwin Microfluidics will either replace, repair, or refund your product in accordance with the conditions of the legal and commercial warranties.

Hidden defects:

We guarantee that our products are free from hidden defects in design, materials, and manufacturing at the time of delivery.

Should you discover a hidden defect, you must report it to us via email within 72 hours of detection, but no later than twelve (12) months following the delivery of the product. It is your responsibility to provide evidence of the defect.
