What if my product is defective?

We get it, mistakes happen! Under EU regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after delivery for any reason, without justification.
Before shipment: If you decide to cancel your order before it's shipped, please contact our team immediately. We'll halt the shipment and process your cancellation.
After delivery: Returns are subject to certain conditions. We cannot accept returns of perishable items or goods that have been unsealed. Your item must be in resalable condition for a return to be accepted, subject to an inspection by our team.
How to return your product(s)?
Initiate return: Contact us via email with details of the product(s) you're returning. We'll verify your return request.
Self-return: If you can return the product(s) yourself, we'll guide you through the process.
Assistance required: If you're unable to return the item(s) yourself, inform us so we can provide a shipping cost estimate. We'll then send you a return label and a link to schedule a pickup.
Please ensure goods are returned within 14 days of notifying us, or we may not accept the return.
Due to customs complications, self-returns from outside the EU are not feasible.

Refund policy
Following EU regulations, we'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, the refund may be delayed if we have not received the returned goods. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
