At Darwin Microfluidics, we want our customers to order with confidence. All of our products are sourced from leading manufacturers and backed by their warranties. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how our warranty coverage works.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
All products sold by Darwin Microfluidics are covered exclusively by the manufacturer’s warranty, under the conditions specified by the manufacturer. We do not extend additional warranty beyond this coverage, but we will always do our best to solve your issue, or assist you in liaising with the manufacturer if needed.
Defects at delivery
We take product quality seriously. To make sure you are fully satisfied, we ask that you inspect your products upon receipt.
- If you notice any damage, missing items, or visible defects, please contact us in writing within 30 days of delivery.
- Claims must include supporting documentation (such as photos, order details, and a description of the issue).
- Claims received after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Our process
If your claim is accepted, Darwin Microfluidics will, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective product,
- Replace the defective product, or
- Issue a credit or refund for the product.
If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange collection at no cost to you.
What’s not covered
Warranty coverage does not apply to products that are:
- Damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling
- Consumables, hazardous, or temperature-sensitive products
- Modified or altered by the customer
- Subject to normal wear and tear
Important notes
- Products must not be repaired or modified by the customer or a third party without our prior written consent.
- We reserve the right to inspect any product before approving a claim.
- Products sold by Darwin Microfluidics are intended solely for research, industrial, or laboratory use. They are not designed or certified for medical, clinical, or diagnostic use. Any use in those contexts is at the customer’s own risk.
Need to file a warranty claim?
If you believe your product is defective or non-conforming, please contact our customer service team at support@darwin-microfluidics.com. Our team will guide you through the claim process and provide you with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) if a return is required.
