Microfluidic valve to use anywhere in your microfluidic setup with the new Elveflow MUX Wire.
The valves are controlled through the new MUX Wire v3 from Elveflow, using a USB-C interface.
General
Elveflow’s Smart Valves design makes them compatible with most microfluidics applications: switching time inferior to 20 ms, low internal volume, high chemical compatibility, and no flow disruption.
Smart valves need to be connected to the new MUX Wire v3 controller and they can be independently or simultaneously controlled through Elveflow’s software interface (ESI). The valves are then automatically detected by the software and identified thanks to a digital screen. They also feature a manual switch and a color-coded state LED to allow easy operation without using the software.
3 versions are available depending on the working pressure mainly:
- High Pressure (up to 6 bars)
- Low Pressure (up to 3 bars)
- Low Volume (for low internal volume requirements)
Within these 3 versions, there are 3 possible configurations (except for the Low Volume):
- 2 ports / 2 positions, Normally Open (NO)
- 2 ports / 2 positions, Normally Close (NC)
- 3 ports / 2 positions, Switch
