It features a rapid response time of less than 20 ms, sensitivity down to 0.05 mL/min, and integrated thermal conductivity detection, making it an ideal solution for flow monitoring, fluid analysis, and more.
General
Based on Sensirion's proven CMOSens® technology, the new SLF3x sensor series is the result of Sensirion latest product developments. Its simpler design reduces the cost of this sensor, without compromising its performance. Flow rate is measured through the wall of a straight flow channel, with inert wetted materials for an outstanding chemical resistance.
The SLF3C-1300F also features integrated thermal conductivity measurements, making it highly versatile for applications that require simultaneous flow and fluid analysis, such as concentration measurements or liquid differentiation. Additionally, it can detect air bubbles in the flow.
It is calibrated for water and IPA.
