The SLF3S series is the new generation of Sensirion liquid flow sensors for low flow rates. With an unrivaled price-performance ratio, these sensors allow for high-precision flow measurements over a wide range of flow rates.
From 0 to 40 mL/min, the SLF3S-1300F offers a short response time below 20 ms and sensitivity down to 0.05 mL/min.

Based on Sensirion's proven CMOSens® technology, the new SLF3x sensor series is the result of Sensirion latest product developments. Its simpler design reduces the cost of this sensor, without compromising its performance. Flow rate is measured through the wall of a straight flow channel, with inert wetted materials for an outstanding chemical resistance.

The SLF3S-1300F is calibrated for water and IPA.

Worldwide shipping

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in France.

The shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the country of destination: you can estimate the shipping cost on the cart page. We try to offer you the best shipping rates and services, shipping all our orders through DHL Express. Generally, your order reaches your lab in only 2 to 3 days after we send it, no matter the destination!

If you wish to use your own shipping account, we will charge a flat fee of 15€.

Please note that our standard shipping incoterms are DAP (Delivered At Place), or EXW if using your own carrier.
