Sensirion LG16 liquid flow sensor is a high-precision solution to accurately measure very low flow rates of liquids based on water or hydrocarbons. Its wide flow range, its short response time of 40 ms, and sensitivity down to < 0.02 µL/min make it the ideal sensor for your microfluidic setup.
Available in 6 versions according to the flow range and connection type: 0-1.5 µL/min, 0-7 µL/min, 0-80 µL/min, 0-1000 µL/min, or 0-5000 µL/min.
General
Sensirion sensors are based on the unique CMOSens® technology, allowing short response times and outstanding performances. Flow rate is measured through the wall of a straight glass capillary path, to ensure excellent chemical resistance.
The LG16 series flow sensors are OEM devices for flow rates ranging from µL/min to mL/min. They offer the following advantages:
- Dimensions: 53 x 22 x 9 mm
- High sensitivity down to < 0.02 µL/min
- Fast response time down to 40 ms
- RS485, USB, or 0-10 V analog voltage output
- Inert wetted materials: glass, PEEK, FEP
Though made to be integrated into your own system, the LG16 series can be used as standalone sensors by using a Molex to M8 cable, and an SCC1 cable from Sensirion.
