Combining the experience of Masterflex® and Ismatec®, the new Reglo Digital Miniflex® Peristaltic Pump provides you with a connected, intuitive, powerful, and secure fluid handling experience.
This is the first highly accurate, low-flow (from 0.004 up to 365 mL/min), MasterflexLive®-enabled, and 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 compliant models to enter the market.
Reglo Digital Miniflex® Pump
Versatile multichannel pump for accurate low-flow fluid delivery – with an intuitive touch-screen interface. Flow rate from 0.004 up to 365 mL/min.
- Intuitive 5" touchscreen: 5" (12.7 cm) capacitive TFT/RGB touch screen with in-plane switching for a clear, wide viewing angle. Capacitive screen can be used with gloves.
- Miniflex® pump head: Accepts continuous tubing for clean, uninterrupted fluid paths.
- Programmable: Continuous run, volume dispense, and time dispense modes -- batch control and interval/off time in Volume and Time modes.
- 3-roller pump head
- Connected: Remotely monitor and control critical process via MasterflexLive® on your smartphone. You can also control the pump from a computer: with WiFi capabilities, there is no need for ethernet connectivity.
- Compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 & EU Annex 11: robust management of data, digital records, & controlled access to data
- Reliable: no-maintenance BLDC with encoder – uses less power & is more reliable than older models.
- Multichannel and low flow: 2 or 4 channels, for use with 3-stop tubing ; flow range from 0.0001 to 68 mL/min.
- Flexible operational control via screen, MasterflexLive®, or analogue remote control.
- Anti-drip and programmable speed ramping: ensure accuracy and minimize sample loss.
- Small footprint: 229 x 147 x 157 (L x W x H, mm), 9 x 5.8 x 6.3 (L x W x H, inches).
The Miniflex pump head features a wide occlusion angle that prevents fluid backflow up to the rated pressure of the tubing. Self-lubricating thermoplastic polyester rollers are low friction and long wearing for smooth operation and long life.
The 3-roller design ensures minimal pulsation & a wide flow-rate range.
Use the user-friendly touchscreen interface of the pump to program your experiments following these operating modes:
- Dispense volume / time
- Interval (pause)
- Ramp (up/down)
- Flow rate (μL/min, μL/hr, mL/min, mL/hr, L/day, oZ/min, oZ/hr, RPM, %)
|Number of channels||Number of rollers||Speed range (rpm)||Flow range (mL/min)|
|1||3||0.1 to 350||0.004 to 365|
|2||3||0.1 to 350||0.004 to 190
Control & monitor your pumps remotely with MasterflexLive®
MasterflexLive is a secure, Cloud-enabled platform for control and monitoring of Masterflex pumps; get real-time control of all pump parameters – including speed, flow rate, dispense volume, and more. You can monitor and adjust critical processes running 24/7 without the need for onsite personnel while push notifications alert you to operating conditions and error messages. Internet connection via standard Ethernet (RJ45) jack on rear of drive; USB connection allows for downloadable firmware updates to be loaded into the pump.
