This 10-32 fittings connection kit for 1/16" OD tubing is made of biocompatible PEEK. It is designed so that the nut and ferrule create a dual compression: the forward cone on the ferrule provides outstanding gripping power and a leak-free seal.

The dual compression created by the specially designed nut and ferrule enables the SealTight™ Fittings system to outperform standard finger-tightened fittings. The forward cone of the SealTight Ferrule provides gripping power and a leak-free seal via conventional compression by the receiving port. The slotted end creates the second compression zone in conjunction with a SealTight nut.
NOTE: Overtightening these fittings on fluoropolymer (e.g., FEP, PFA, and ETFE) tubing can cause the ID of your tubing to collapse. Gentle hand-tightening is sufficient to ensure a leak-free connection.
