The L100-1F is a compact yet powerful precision peristaltic pump for accurate dispensing over a wide range of flow rates. Program multi-step workflows from the convenient touch screen, various configurations of pump heads and channels available.

  • 7" LCD color touch screen and intuitive display: program your pump directly from the built-in interface
  • Control your pump from the touch screen, footswitch, analog signal and communication commands, combined with a variety of interfaces (USB, RJ11, DB9 etc.) for easy system connection
  • Multiple control modules designed for a wide variety of applications, including routine and multi-step complex applications:
    • 9 running control modules: constant, ramp up, ramp down, stepped up, stepped down, sine, constant dispensing, ramp up dispensing. ramp down dispensing
    • 8 logic control modules: direction, delay, event trigger, status output, pause, jump, loop, stop

Silicone tubing included with each channel:

  • DG pump head: 1*1 mm (1 mm ID x 3 mm OD), and 2*1 mm (2 mm ID x 4 mm OD)
  • YZ1515x pump head: 16# (3.1 mm ID x 6.3 mm OD) and 25# (4.8 mm ID x 8 mm OD)

Pump heads

The L100-1F can dispense fluids from 0.15 µL/min to 500 mL/min (0-100 rpm CW/CCW), with a speed resolution of 0.1 rpm.

Four different pump heads are available. Each of them allow you to create a specific setup in terms of number of channels, tubing, number of rollers and flow range. In the table below are listed the tubing requirements and the maximum flow rate possible for each pump head.

    Programs

    The integrated software allows you to customize parameters by programming, and the parameter programs can be stored and easily recalled:

        • 7 parameter programs of up to 10 steps can be configured and stored
        • program name can be easily defined and named by letters and numbers
        • the preset external control program is for remote control through external signal

    Control modules

    Multiple function modules and intelligent algorithms are designed for a wide variety of applications:
