L/S Digital Process Stainless Steel Pump Drive
This digital drive can be used in harsh environmental conditions as it is washdown capable. It accepts all pump head and tubing options for high-precision fluid transfer and dispensing.
0.02 to 100 rpm and 0.1 to 600 rpm versions are available, with open-head sensor or network connectivity options.

Masterflex L/S Digital Process Powder-Coated Steel Pump Drive
The washdown digital peristaltic pump drive is ideal for Biotech and Pharmaceutical labs environment. It is compatible with all Masterflex L/S pump heads and tubing (pump heads sold separately).
- Two motor speed options: 0.02 to 100 rpm, or 0.1 to 600 rpm
- Optional Open-head sensor feature for more safety.
- Optional control of the pump remotely through EtherNet/IP or Profibus to automate your lab tasks. Analog controls are also available.
EtherNet/IP and Profibus also include the Open-head sensor feature. - High precision brushless motor accuracy (±0.1% speed control accuracy)
- Various operating modes: continuous run, time dispense, copy dispense, volume dispense modes
- Anti-drip function ensures dispensing accuracy
- NEMA 4X (IP66) rated housing for washdown applications. Ideal for Biotech and Pharmaceutical environment.
- Stack up to two or four pump heads (see below for more details)
Open-head sensor
This feature will shut off the pump when the pump head is opened, enhancing the worker's safety when changing the tubes. Whether accidental or intentional, power is removed and will be restored only when the pump head is closed.
The open-head sensor option is not supported by the Computer-compatible versions.
