This bundle gathers 4 MEPS-TBC-WL organ-on-a-chip devices as well as all accessories necessary for their use. The MEPS-TBC-WL platform allows 2D-3D co-culture of tissues with physiological shear stress, for biologically relevant modeling of key organs.
General
The MEPS-TBC-WL bundle provides all the materials to build 2D-3D tissue-to-tissue barrier models with the MEPS-TBC-WL platform. It includes 4 chips and all accessories for connecting the chips to a flow control system to apply shear stress and recapitulate organ-specific physiological functions. It includes a chip clamp to avoid any leakage of air or solution during perfusion.
The MEPS-TBC-WL platform features 8 independent designs each composed of one upper microfluidic channel and a lower chamber separated by a porous membrane to construct 2D-3D co-culture models.
