The kit contains the following:

Shut-Off / Sample Injection ETFE Valve with 1/4-28 ports (x1): the body of the valve is made from Tefzel (ETFE), making it highly resistant and autoclavable.
This kit does not contain 1/4-28 fittings, Luer fittings, or microfluidic tubing.
