 This data acquisition system and its accompanying software allow the connection of a wide variety of analog sensors (flow rate, pressure, etc.) and to easily monitor and feedback data acquired from up to four independent sensors.  Its performance is perfectly adapted to microfluidic applications and works with the majority of sensors we distribute.

This data acquisition model allows the measurement of different parameters in your microfluidic system (flow rate, pressure, etc.) independent of the flow control no matter what type of setup you are using (syringe pump, pressure controller, etc.). All that is needed is the connection of your different analog sensors, connection to your PC via a USB port, and launching the provided software to begin data acquisition.

    Features & Benefits

    • Capable of reading 4 sensors simultaneously to measure a wide range of physical parameters, such as flow rate and pressure, while still maintaining a compact size.  Mutiple modules can be used simultaneously if more than 4 sensors are required!
    • High speed, precise operation, with 11 bit resolution and a sampling speed of up to 10 kHz per channel. 
    • Real time feedback capabilities with its high speed and easy integration into any microfluidic system. 
    • Compatible with a wide range of analog sensors. With two independent embedded 5-25 V power supplies, the microfluidic flow sensor can read from sensors powered by two different voltages simultaneously.
    • Three different analog input ranges (0-1 V, 0-5 V, 0-10 V) can be read from the sensors for further sensor compatibility.
    • Noise reduction using an embedded 60 Hz low pass analog filter which can be independently activated on each of the four channels.
    • The included software interface supports a sampling rate of up to 1 kHz and allows simple control and data acquisition as well as standard features (data visualization, data recording, etc.)
