- Category: Advanced Microfluidics, Microfluidic Syringe pump, OEM Pumps, OEM Syringe Pump Modules
This OEM sequential microdispenser is a high-precision dosing device for automated microfluidic applications. Its high-accuracy dosing and low-pulse flow stream capabilities make it the perfect tool for multiple liquid handling in the range of millilitre down to nanolitre.
With its integrated zero dead volume selection valve, handle multiple fluids in one pump with high cleaning efficiency and low carryover. Easy to integrate, the SPM sequential microdispenser is the ideal companion for your instruments and laboratory projects.
Includes the SPM pump, USB cable, and power supply (syringe optional, fittings not included).
The SPM Microdispenser is an OEM syringe pump for high-precision dosing in automated microfluidic applications. Its low-pulse flow stream capabilities make it the perfect tool for multiple liquid handling in the range of millilitre down to nanolitre.
Designed for microfluidics, the integrated zero dead volume selection valve is optimized for handling multiple fluids with very low carryover volume. The SPM can be easily controlled and monitored using serial communication protocols or I2C.
The SPM is an OEM device: it can be tailored to your needs upon request.

Advantages
The SPM is used for high-precision sampling and dosing, to aspirate/dispense liquids, to dilute samples or reagents, for sequential injection or just to get a near-pulseless continuous flow rate. It can be easily integrated into prototypes or production systems.
- Combines a high-precision syringe pump and a distribution valve: control multiple liquids with one pump
- Optimized flow paths to limit contamination and maximize cleanability
- Excellent biochemical compatibility
- Easy to use and integrate (various external control options)
- Swiss quality
Dead, internal and carryover volumes: The unique valve geometry limits the carryover volume to 1.5 μL (purple) whereas standard products exhibit up to 50 μL. The exceptionally small channel diameter of 0.5 mm reduces the internal volume to only 4 μL (blue + purple). There is no dead volume.
High dilution ratio: When rinsing, diluting, or switching liquid, our minimal carryover volume (purple) leads to a maximal dilution ratio with the diluent (blue).
Bubble-free priming: Our unique valve design expels the air from the syringe and valve immediately, eliminating the traditional cumbersome priming procedure.
Fast liquid switching: The zero dead volume selection valve allows to rapidly switch liquid with an ultra-low carryover.
1x SPM syringe pump with distribution valve (PCTFE/PTFE, channel diameter 0.5 mm)
1x Power supply
1x USB cable
1x Borosilicate glass syringe
Fittings are not included (see Accessories above).
