PDMS chip with a Y-shape channel and various bifurcating angles. This chip is mainly used for cell/particule adhesion and cell-cell or cell-particle interaction at the bifurcation.
General
PDMS chip with various options of symmetrical bifurcation angles and parent/daughter channel widths. This type of design will allow you to study cell/particle adhesion and cell/cell or cell/particle interactions at bifurcations and thus evaluate the effect of bifurcation angle and asymmetry on adhesion. Furthermore, to strengthen your study, you can compare adhesion in linear sections and bifurcations simultaneously.
5 variations of the bifurcating angle are available:
- 30° Symmetrical (15° + 15°)
- 60° Symmetrical (30° + 30°)
- 90° Symmetrical (45° + 45°)
- 120° Symmetrical (60° + 60°)
- 45° Symmetrical (22.5° + 22.5°)
Parent channel width (WA) of 100 µm, daughter channel widths (WB) of 50 µm, depth of 100 µm, punched holes for 1/16" (1.6 mm) OD tubing. Standard microscope slide (75 x 25 mm).
