The RS V micromixer is a high-throughput microfluidic chip with dual inlets, specifically optimized for efficient nanoparticle production. Its key features include a no dead volume design, ensuring all fluid passes through the mixing channels with minimal waste. It is user-friendly and compact, making it ideal if space-saving solutions are valued. The chip also includes a 1/4-28 UNF connection bar, providing a standard, secure connection for ease of integration with the rest of your system. Simply connect the chip to your setup using 1/4-28 fittings for 1/16" OD or 1/8" OD tubing.

This chip comes with its 1/4-28 connection bar in aluminum. To connect the chip, follow the steps below.
- Position the chip: Slide the glass chip sideways into the connection bar using the guide groove. Align it so that the channel holes sit directly under the 1/4-28 threaded holes on the bar.
- Secure an additional connector: Insert an additional fitting into any connection bar port that does not align with a channel opening on the chip. Align the chip with the connection bar and hand-tighten the connector.
- Attach tubing: Attach each tube and fitting to its connection bar port, tighten them by hand until secure. Avoid overtightening; the torque limit is 0.4 Nm.
- The pressure created by the fittings will secure the chip in the connection bar.
