The Fluidic 1022 Cell Trap Chip manufactured by ChipShop has been designed to trap and monitor individual cells. The inlets and outlets with integrated mini Luer connections ensure leak-free junctions to the tubing.
General
This chip features 16 individual microfluidic channels with small wells on the bottom of each channel to trap individual cells, enabling monitoring and imaging at a single-cell level.
The wells of the Fluidic 1022 all have the same geometry with a width of 100 µm, a depth of 50 µm and a distance of 250 µm. All channels feature a width of 1500 µm, a height of 200 µm and a length of 14 mm.
